Things to Remember
- To standardize/rationalize the number of FO1 applicants who will proceed to the next stage of hiring, the “Quota x 2” per region will be implemented. For example, if the approved quota for Region 3 is 100, and the total number of examinees is 400, then 100 x 2= 200. This means only 200 out of 400 examinees will be allowed to take the next stage of the selection process.
- For ranking purposes, the following criteria with the corresponding maximum percentage points will be observed:
- Qualifying Written Examination- 40%
- Physical Agility Test – 30%
- Panel Interview – 30%
- The DILG and BFP Regional Officers will post the results of the qualifying written exam on their websites on June 2, 2022.
Give yourself enough time to study
Make a study schedule that fits your way of studying and do not leave anything for the last minute. While some students do seem to thrive on last-minute studying, often this way of partial studying is not the best approach for exam preparation. Write down how many exams you have, how many pages you have to learn, and the days you have left. Afterward, organize your study habits accordingly.
